problems with deploytool startup

When i try to start the deploytool, I get the following error:
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/enterprise/to
ols/deployment/main/Main
J2EE server also shows out of enviornment space error, but it finally starts up. Pls help...

Hi Felix Devasia:
It looks that you have defined long CLASSPATH or PATH variable which results in Out of environment space in some OS ( I also had this problem ). Please check if you haved nested them using %CLASSPATH% or using %PATH%.

hi Felix ,
well for out of envir.probblem
right click on ur dos promp's upper blue bar
select properties ,memory tab and make the initial environment memory arroud 4490 or what ever
is the last option in the combobox and the restart ur dos prompt

It did work, thank you. My memory mode was set to auto, but now I changed to a specific value.Now it works.
