I download the Jboss. But there almost no doc. for
how to use it. Does anybody can give me a brife
description of how to start it up, deploy EJB...
Or if you have some link for the description?

There's some documentation on the jBoss website. It's not ideal, but that's being addressed currently. In the mean time, the mailing list is indispensable.
To deploy your bean, just put it in a jar and copy it into the deploy directory. The deployment mbean should pick it up and deploy it.
