Hello,
I want to write the same code to run on both Weblogic
and JBoss. But I found out there is jboss.xml on JBoss
and weblogic-ejb-jar.xml on Weblogic. They are two
optional files, but I need them to define the JNDI
name. Is there any place in Weblogic or in JBoss that
I can change the file name of weblogic-ejb-jar.xml or
jboss.xml? Or is there any other way to get around?
Besides, I don't want to have two files in my directory
with one name is weblogic-ejb-jar.xml other is jboss.xml,
then use some trick in my build file.
Thanks in advance,
Sarah

Changing the file's name would not be enough as the DTD for the documents are completely different (that's why they're called vendor-specific deployment descriptors...).

Look at XDoclet to generate container specific .xml files.
