Hi Fellow Ranchers,

I am about to appear for JP Morgan chase interview in UK for Senior Java/J2EE developer. Does anyone has an idea about their selection procedure? I mean how many rounds of HR and technical interview and how is the work culture of the company?

Look forward to your replies

Cheers!

Anyone, please??

If no-one has appeared for their interview in UK then even from India and US will be of great help as this will give me an indea about their procedure/processes.

Thanks

Hi!

I had an interview for JP Morgan a while back. To be honest, it was ridiculous. Written exams, naming obscure methods on obscure classes etc etc. No questions that would actually give you the oppertunity to show you are a good developer. Basically it was an exercise in memory.

Thanks Kenny,

This is much appreciated.
One more question please, do you know how many rounds of interview one need to clear to get through?

thanks
