Can remote interfaces extend from other interfaces ?

Hi,
Can a remote interface extend from another interface which extends from EJBObject ?
Any answer will be appreciated.

Yes, it's the same as any Java inheritance. You might check the spec on how inheritance is supported for beans.

well peter has already replied of ur question that remote can extends other interface.here i want to add something where we need generally.
u have seen that there is no relation between bean class and remote class at complile time.so if any mismatch in business method it give error at run time. that is cumbersome job so find out the error at complie time we make on interface put all the business methods in to that and ur bean class and remote interface both implements and extends that respectively.
