I had posted this question a week before but no one replied.i know as i am a beginner this question might be silly.but someone please help me.here is the question
i wish to deploy ejb in J2EE and the database is Oracle.
What are the changes i should make to the default.properties file for this?i intend to use the jdbcodbc bridge driver.
Another question is that supposing i deploy ejb on j2ee is it possible for a servlet that is hosted in Java Web Server existing on another machine to access the ejb.if yes what are the steps?

Regarding your first question please lookup the J2EE documentation where it is clearly specified how to connect to the Oracle database. I have connected sucessfully through the documentation. However i have not used ODBC for this connection.
