1) Pay for 6 yrs exp in J2EE
2) Onsite and annual increments
3) Work culture and work pressure
4) Major Clients
5) lay off ..if any
6) Internet access to employee

Hi,

Hexaware is good but they wont provide Internet access to all. I think its given based on your grade. You will get onsite opportunity. Salary wise its not good
