Hi All, A far as i know the callback methods of an EJB are called by the container at the respective actions. But can we call these methods explicitly? Thanks Praveen
If you do, you risk confusing the container, since it won't know what has been done "behind its back" so to speak. If you're trying for a performance boost, I understand that WebLogic can transparenly "short circuit" this overhead when conditions are right. I can't speak for any of the other systems.
