Would please anyone give me some guidance to setup a database for running BMP/CMP entity bean examples ?
I am trying the examples in "The Java 2 Enterprise Edition Develop's Guide, May 2000". I can not setup the cloudscape database. I followed the instruction on page 57, but it does not work for me.
Please give me some general guidance to setup a pre-installed database e.g. access or SQL Server, I have installed in my computer. I do not understand the mechanics, yet.
Thanks in advance.

Manjunath,
Thanks for you response. I am Using J2EE Server. It was downloaded from Sun with J2SDKEE1.3.
My question is how to setup a database for trying a Entity Bean.
