Hi, I'm new to J2EE so i wanted to create a test application. I made a CMP Entity Bean that mapped a table from a MS SQL Server 2000 database. I'm using Forte for Java 3.0 EE with iPlanet Application Server 6.0 SP3 EE.
I added a datasource using the server's administration tool. I made a resource reference to the datasource and then let Forte generate an EJB Test Application. When I run the application I got this error message:
The exception java.rmi.RemoteException was thrown when invoking findByPrimaryKey with parameters:
admin
Following is the stack trace:
java.rmi.RemoteException: internal error; nested exception is: com.netscape.server.ejb.PersistenceException com.netscape.server.ejb.PersistenceException at com.netscape.server.ejb.SQLPersistenceManager.getConnection(Unknown Source) at com.netscape.server.ejb.SQLPersistenceManager.start(Unknown Source) at com.netscape.server.ejb.SQLPersistenceManager.find(Unknown Source) at com.netscape.server.ejb.EntityDelegateManagerImpl.doPersistentFind(Unknown Source) at com.netscape.server.ejb.EntityDelegateManagerImpl.find(Unknown Source) at com.kivasoft.eb.EBHomeBase.findSingleByParms(Unknown Source) at Data.Entity.ejb_home_Data_Entity_AccountEJB.findByPrimaryKey(ejb_home_Data_Entity_AccountEJB.java:154) at Data.Entity.ejb_kcp_skel_AccountHome.findByPrimaryKey__Data_Entity_Account__indir_wstring(ejb_kcp_skel_AccountHome.java:304)...
... and so on
I know that some people has posted this kind of problem, but i couldn't find the answer. Can someone help me?
I had no problems when using J2EE RI
thanks,
Irsan
