stateless and stateful sessionbean

Hi all,
Coud anybody please help me .I am little bit confused of understanding the diff. between stateless and stateful session beans.
Please any body can explain me.

Hi,
A stateful Session bean is used to keep a converstational state
between a client and a server, as the HTTP protocol is stateless.
Using a stateful session been, the EJB is bound to the client during the session.
A stateless session bean is released in the pool after each method call
