hi
After getting the software job in an company project managers give the feedback to hr about the candidate. The question is on what thing the project managers give feedback is that based on
technical skills/
communications skills.
If a candidate has technical skills and his/her pitch is not high or silent in nature is this will come into consideration for reliveing a candidate.

please i need help

thanks in advance

I'm not sure what "reliveing" means but I'm suspecting that's a cultural diffeence and you're talking about a review.

The anewer is: it depends.

It depends on the company.
It depends on the group.
It depends on the project.
It depends on the manger.

Some places only care about technical ability. Others, interpersonal skills. Still others wnat both.

To be safe, I suggest you develop both skills. As a side benefit, those are usually the people who are most successful in the long run!
