hello
i deploy j2ee program to j2ee reference server by using the deploytool which is built in j2ee1.3,i wonder if i can deploy the program to some other j2ee server such as weblogic etc. by using just this deploytool,and how?

No. Each EJB server has its own deployment tool.

The J2EE specification deliberatly leaves the exact relationship between the deployment and container providers open. IE there is no specific contract between these 'parties' as there is in the other aspects of EJB development. This means that deployment tools will not be able to deploy to containers other than those that they were specifically designed for.
