1. What is the difference between Asynchronous communication and Synchronous communication.
2. I am sending the message in PTP using AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE mode , but i didn't receive any acknowledge, where have to find the acknowledgement messages.

Hi,
1) Asynchronous messaging is where you send the message and do NOT expect a response; Synchronous is where a response is returned on receipt of it.
2) Auto ack means just that, you are instructing the JMS q/topic to be automatically noified when the message is delivered. Therefore you know for sure that the message is being dealt woth by the JMS provider.
