Hi,

I am having around 4.9 yrs exp in Java/J2ee and currently working as project lead.

I am offered job from Infy Pune for porgammer analyst band C.

I wanted to know how is Infy Pune in terms of growth ?

Why do you want to come down from a designation of Project Lead to Programmer Analyst?

What kinda firm are u working for?

Hi Rakesh,

Actually what I was been informed is for 4-6 exp. in Infy desgination is Programmer Analyst and there are 7 bands.

Band C whcih I am been offered is of team lead/project lead.

I dont know how much truth is in this...

So asking this question in forum to people who know.....and also want to know about what kind of growth can be expected being a huge company.
