Hi..
I have 2 yrs of exp in j2ee.I want to have a good exposure from technical side in j2ee.Also intersted for onsite(short term). But have fear that if I joined indian compnies then I have to wait for onsite & may also dont get good work. What U think about indian companies like TCS,cognizant should I join at this stage or later on.also I am looking for jobs in pune only.what do u think about quality of work in indian companies.

I think that is not right. There are companies which do good work and many do mundane work as well. Veritas has 1/3 or their patents from India office.Veritas patents Does low quality of work get patented?

I am aware that such cases are in minority. But things are improving fast. Do not forget software industry is still at very young stage in India. Things would improve very fast and they are improving.
