Hi,

I had done with my interview in Genpact...(Hyderbad)

But the job on offer .is for a contract...6 months..

They said that if the performance is good ..then you can become a regular employee..after this period...

Its a shift based system..on a rotation basis..with no leaves for this period..

And the salary offered is 17,000 p.m.(my current draw is 16 p.m. and job was at regular working hours-though it was a relatively small company)

What do you all say....?Welcome ur suggestions..as am undecided on the offer.

Regards

I will not suggest to leave your permanent job and work in a contract basis just for a bigger brand.

It's not a good offer at all. Don't accept.

Since you have already resigned, do you have other choice ?
Did they change the job profile from contract to permanant?

Its quite awkward to give answer:
You have only one offer and you are without job.

What kind of confusion you have when you have only one option to give answer.

I child proofed my house but they still get in. Distract them with this tiny ad:
