Hello,
I am pretty new to EJB and java, I am working on the project using Strut as framework and EJB approach, anyone has any info or links about some tutorial or book reference to pick up stuff as quick as possible.
I knew the links to jakarta.apache.org/struts/ but it does not explain as clear .
thanks in advance

Check out the Struts book review page at theserverside.com. Although the chapters (7-8 of them so far) are beta/draft, they are extremely well-written & should get you started.
For EJB's check out Ed Roman's "Mastering EJB" or Oreilly's "Enterprise JavaBeans" book...both are excellent.
