I am using weblogic server. if i wish to change to some other server after developed ejb what changes i should do on ejb?

As far as the EJBs go, you should only have to (in theory of course!) modify the vendor specific deployment descriptors. Where WebLogic has it's weblogic-ejb-jar.xml and weblogic-cmp-rdbms.xml files, other servers may have equivalents.
