Yes..I can...

"Better Opportunities"

"Bad Coffee"

"Nosy colleagues"

"Obnoxious Boss"

"Peanuts Salary"

I too agree, that forms are designed to fit in filing cabinets and not for convinience.

In India there seems to be no restriction on what prospective empolyer (esp. HR people) adn loan/financing companies can ask. Some of their forms are simply annoying to say the least.

I'd also like to know how to deal with particularly nasty personal questions that some HR people or interviewers ask. I had met one such jerk in iFlex HR after doing pretty well in my technical interview and personal interview with the PM (he was alsmost convincing me to jon with the promise that he will send me abroad). I was quite unprepared for that sort of questions and reacted rather sharply -- wish I could learn to deal with nasty questions that HR ppl seem to ask often for senior positions these days.

Exactly!!! In fact, when I spoke frankly about gap in my career, somehow he was getting nasty. I didn't want to hide that break of few months.....and I still don't know know how to handle nasty tone of questions.

I have absolutely no doubts on telling truth honestly -- but at times ther has to be a limit to what type of questions (relevance & invading privacy) recruiters can ask -- in India, it crossses limits quite foten. We were probably talking about that.
