how can i modify the port number of the j2ee reference?

i install the j2ee1.3 on my windows2000 server,after i setup the environment,i iuput the "j2ee -verbose" within the dos window,the following exception is throwed:

it seem like that the "1050" port is in using by other program,but i don't know which one,i think i should modify the j2ee reference to use other port,how can i do that?

Your first job should be finding out whether the port is in use, you can try using netstat from a command prompt.
If that doesnt give you the desired answer try a proper port scanner, like Ostro Internet tools http://www.ostrosoft.com/ostronet.html.

neither the netstat nor the ostro port scanner can find any program is using the port,i try to change the port number in the "config/orb.properties" to other numbers,such as:2090,1000,.......
but both of them throw the same exception as follow,could you help me?
