Problem with getting ejb jar files

I gave
"weblogic.ejbc -compiler javac d:\weblogic\ex1.jar d:\weblogic\ejbjars\exp2.jar"
in command prompt
I got
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/ejbc
kindly help me in this context.

Add weblogic.jar to your CLASSPATH. In WLS 7.0, it is in BEA_HOME/weblogic700/server/lib/weblogic.jar.
