Problems with Session beans in my project

Hi,
I got a problem in using session beans in my project.
My project deals with Shopping mall...in which we will be displaying the details of shops and the products and services offered by them.......I am using Only one stateful bean for the whole scenario.........will it be good to go for that .............will it burden the system...........will it be better to use more than one bean???
Please clarify...............how about using Entity beans.......
Please some body help me ...............
