I have two tables: applyForm and troubleType, the applyForm has a troubleType field, so I created a relationship between these two tables. a many to one bidirectional relationship. but later when I was creating a new applyForm record, I got a error message from weblogic:
When a cmp-field and cmr-field <relationship> are mapped to the same column, the sexXXX method for the cmp-field may not be called. The cmp-field is read-only.
but if I cannot set the troubleType, how can I add a new record?
to be honest, I know little about the relationship in ejb. i did add the relationship between the two table just because i saw the example shipped with JBuilder (ESite) did that.
I don't know why to use relationship and when to use and how to use that. could anybody tell me some about that or just tell me a solution to add a record. really thanks.
