Write a mail to HR manager saying that you could not able to take up their offer due to some reasons and do not say that you are not interested.
It is good from you side if you inform them early so that they can look out for other employee to fill your position.
I dont belong to this city and I got an offer from a company in my hometown and I am taking it up as I will get to stay with my folks
I got an offer where the domian is of my choice and I want to move in
that vertical and hence will seems to be a better career decision...
U can say you are taking up higher studies and hence cant take up the new job
Thanks for your offer, but unfortunately I'd not be able to take this offer at this moment. I would like to have some association with XYZ (cmpnay name) in the future though and hope to contribute to your growth in some capacity (that leaves you with a chance to work for them as PM later ).

Wouldn't it be better if you just told them that you had decided to join another company for your own personal reasons? It is after all your choice which company you would join.
A question though: Before you got the third offer, did you confirm with the earlier 2 companies that you would be joining them?

Otherwise What would be reason you can think India where plenty of competitive candidates available most of companies ask external head hunters to search candidates ,HR can do same .
