Version 1.3 is the current specification - check out http://java.sun.com/j2ee/ for links to download it.

Hi,
J2EE specification is a standard that consolidate the different version of ejb, jsp, servlet, etc specified
(huh?, does this sound like english??)
e.g.
J2EE spec 1.3 consist of
EJB 2.0
JSP 1.2
Servlet 2.3
....
So a AppServer that say it's J2EE 1.3 compliant, it must satisfy all this version of specs.
That's why some earlier version of AppServer has J2EE 1.2 with EJB 2.0 support as J2EE 1.2 itself should not support EJB 2.0.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
