actually how to initialize a UserTransaction object in client managed transcation?

could any one give me a example?

JTA is usually made available thru JNDI. The details of the lookup is application server specific. For example, to get a UserTransaction object in WebLogic you need to do a JNDI lookup on javax.transaction.UserTransaction.
