Can anyone tell me the difference between J2EE Server and other Servers like Weblogic, Websphere etc. I have J2EE Server installed in my System. Should I have Weblogic or any other Servers to work on EJB.
Thanks,
KLN.

Sun's J2EE server is the "Reference Implementation" of the J2EE Spec. That means it's not necessarily production-ready. It doesn't include the features for scaleability, manageability, etc. that other servers like WebSphere and WebLogic provide.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
