JMS and java

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Hi,
Since the sender of JMS messages is java should the consumer also be written in java.
For e.g. if I send messages to MQ series.

I think yes.For JMS,both producer and consumer has to be in java. But as far as MQSeries is concern, there must be some option,I have never worked on MQSeries
But there must some other way(some other technology to be used for messaging,if client has to be other than java).

both sides may not be necessary to be Java.
This one time, at bandcamp, I had relations with a tiny ad.
