How to get the text in a TextArea using javabeans

Hi, I have following code in my jsp site and I wonder how I can get the text in the TextArea using javabean?

The best way to handle this (IMHO) would be to make a servlet the target of the POST action and then fetch the parameter "feedback" from the request in the Servlet -- then you can copy it into a JavaBean.
There are JSP tags that do this, but I think that it's a horrible use of JSP's to make them act as controllers (which the tags force you to do).
