Just curious..How does this info going to benefit you.Are you planning to join based on this ?

Btw- TCS ( or infact any IT company)s pay differs for the same post with the same qualifications and experience. Because, this depends on how the candidate fares in the interview; whether he has got any certifications; the urgency of closing the requirement, the candidate's past project experiences etc.

Only freshers recruited from a college get paid equally, once you are experience then it all depends on the candiate how he sells himself.

Comming to ur question - the industry standard is 4+ lacs for 2+ j2ee years exp.

I belive ...TCS is also somewhere close...

If you want to live in India, TCS salary is less than industry average. But you can have Govt. office lifestyle.

If you aim for long term onsite - few Indian cos. can beat TCS.... but again no one guarantees you onsite nowadays....

No Now the days TCS has increased their salary structure ...

It's now near about 4 Lakhs/Anum.

And onsite opportunities are still better then any other Indian MNC

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
