Hey Guys,

I have seen there AD they need prople for onsite Canada.
Can any body throw some lights on following:-

1. Security
2. Salary (I think all most every body pays now a days)
3. Work culture (too tight , work pressure etc)
4. HR

Till 2001, it was a very big body shopper with tiny office in Mumbai.I think its previous name was Tekege Inc.It made the news in 2001 when it laid off some 500(or less) H1-Bs.

Hi,
I cleared thier so called technical rounds for Canada.
I had discussions with thier HR, Delivry head.
They promised me that i would be send to US the momment i join.
But they didnt gave the bloody offer letter to me.
They are mailing it since 3 days from now.
Its seems to be a big fraud company.

Its not good to named as fraud, its small and good company, you can follow up with HR for offer letter.
On today's date so many big company are there and if you compare then offcourse its not worth to take up.

Advantage of going to small company is , atleast you know which project/client technology/ role etc. In big company they are simply creating a pool of resource.

Mind it all bad company are closed down at recession time, this company do survive at that time.
