Hi,
I need to deploy some Message Driven Beans and Session beans. Both types use Log4j to do logging. I understand it should be possible to create an EAR file with Log4j referenced as a common library. I tried this but without succcess. I got class not found errors for Log4j.
I had added Log4j into the EAR mannifest file's CLASS-PATH.
Has anyone got a simple example of an EAR file packaged with a library such as Log4j to work? are my editing the wrong manifest file?
I am using Weblogicn 6.1 and the latest version of Log4j and the MDB just does a JDBC call.
Any ideas would be appreciated,
Garret
