Hi all,
I am relatively new to EJB... so this question might sound a little premature.
I would like to know what is the difference between Java Bean and an EJB ?
TIA,
Kirtikumar Puthran

JavaBean is meant for intraprocess whereas EJBis meant for interprocess..ie
Using EJB u can develop some component and deploy it in ur server so any client application can use that component installed in the server using remoteinterface reference to that component.Whereas javabean is not soo..EJB component is deveoped for serving some purpose so that it could be used widely in all applications.Whereas javabean is specific to an application and its not deployed.
