New to EJB.

Hello. I am new to EJB. I am a highly proficient Java programmer (J2SE) and have installed Jakarta-Tomcat, and have programmed Servlets & JavaServerPages, before. I have even created standard JavaBeans which are not the same as Enterprise JavaBeans (Entity & Session beans)...
I have installed the Java 2 SDK Enterprise Edition 1.3 from Sun and have the J2EE_HOME environmental variable set.
How should I proceed in learning EJB and the J2EE? Should I download an application server such as WebLogic (evaluation version), right now?
Can anyone refer me to any links, tutorials, etc.?
If I have to type: " j2ee " in the command prompt from MS-DOS, for the J2EE server to start, do I still need a application server?
Any help, I would greatly appreciate it...

Hi Khan,
I think for starters Weblogic or websspeher would be a bad idea.I think u better go in for Containers that are free of cost on the web and are better learning sources.Take a shot at the orion container or may be the JBoss container.
