Using fine-grain access control with J2EE

Hi,
I have the following problem. We are using an oracle DB that provides so called fine-grain access control; this means for instance, that every user sees something different when retrieving data from the same db-table. Is there a possibility to use this feature while using J2EE-Architecture?
