Welcome to JavaRanch. For future posts I would suggest that you remove CAPS LOCK during your posts. Most people see typing in all caps as equilvalent to yelling, which as you can imagine is considered very rude.
On to your question...
Struts is a MVC Web Framework to make building J2EE Web Applications easier. For more information see the Struts Project Homepage and don't forget about JavaRanch's Java Frameworks Forum (where you should go to post all your Struts-related questions).
If you are looking for a short tutorial on Struts then I would suggest you checkout Thomas Paul's Struts Article (run in the March 2003 JavaRanch Newsletter).
