ejbStore() problem

Hi ,
i got to update user info in database when the user enters his new info.So do i have to write a seperate query for updating in cmp and if i do then whts the point in cmp or is there a way out where by i can call the store() from the client side or update the database w/o writing a query bymyself.
Pls enlighten

The client can not call ejbStore() explicitly.
The EJB container will take care of that. So, it your client update some info of your CMP entity bean, you can take for granted that the info will be stored in your database. It's up to the container to call the ejbStore() method.
