Hi,
Does anyone have any idea of how to generate deployment descriptors for ejb and servlets in jrun automatically.Pls help.

You can make use of xdoclets.
XDoclet facilitates automated deployment descriptor generation.

The tutorial mentions about JRUN supporting XDOClets.
Some vendors have started supporting XDoclet as part of their tools that ship with the J2EE application server (JRun).
