Hi,
I'd like to create and use a common "value object" in my application.
actually I was told to use.. but I have no idea what it means
please help me..
What functionalities does it have to have?
It would be greatful if I can have a sample code.
thanks in advance.

You can find the description for the Value Object pattern at http://java.sun.com/blueprints/patterns/TransferObject.html (Value Object was recently renamed to Transfer Object).
