I hope this isn't redundant... Has anyone had good or bad experiences with this situation: In the same application server, some Entity EJB's use DAO's and some (newer) EJB's use CMR (relationship fields). The BMP DAO's are desireable because (1) don't want to change the EJB's just to make use of 2.0 capabilities, and (2) some complex SQL seems hard or beyond the scope of CMP with CMR (and scarry ). If not actual experiences, any well-founded opinions? Thanks

sounds typical, but it depends on the SQL banking the BMPs.
