I'm looking for the best way to structure my project directories for EJB and servlet development. Currently I'm using Eclipse and Ant, and thinking about keeping everything under a single Eclipse project and defining Ant filters for each component. This will likely grow impractical after more than a few components, though. Are there articles, etc. on the web discussing this? How do you lay out your project structures? This is one area that isn't discussed very much, and I'd like to learn how others do it (especially experienced EJB developers).
Thanks!

Have you taken a look at the Lomboz plugin for Eclipse? It does a very good job of organizing a project. Each sub-project can have its own module. XDoclet is integrated so that your deployment descriptors are taken care of for you.
