Hi,
I am currently working in the U.S and want to come back to India. I have got an offer with an MNC in bangalore. I have a total of 4 years experience in software development, with around 3 years experience in U.S and one year's experience in India.I also have a Masters degree in the U.S. I have worked in Microsoft Technologies and a year's experience in J2EE. The offer is for around 7.5 lakhs per annum. The job is going to be in J2EE. Is that salary too less or is that ok for my profile? I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this information. The MNC company is in Bangalore ,started around 2 years ago and they have around 200 people and i heard they are doing well.

Hi Sri,

I guess you can get more if you try somewhere else. Offer is not bad but looking at your qualification and exposure, you should bargain more.

Do you want to shift to bangalore or anywhere in India is ok with you? And which domain are you working on?

cheers,
Rish
