I need to attend the HR discussion with Infy. Currently I am drawing about 14lacks with a role of Project Manager

What should be my job band at infy and how much should I expect with them and my role..

What is your yrs of experience. That should be an important factor in deciding your new role.

Typically 6-10 yrs exp are placed as Project Mgr.

I have around 8 years of exp in the Data warehousing field..
