how is Tech Mahindra (formerly MBT), Pune

Wanted to know about Tech Mahindra,Pune.. I am having PM(J2EE,Oracle) offer .. Wanted to know about work culture, nature of projects, attrition rate, how much of variable component they actually pay typically etc..

Tech Mahindra is not recommended, H.R guys in T.M need to be bit professional, I know one of my friend who got offer in T.M which he kept in hold not accepted for few days, but when he approached after few days the concerned H.R said the offer will be 10% less then the offer they made at starting..and pay is also average.

There are better companies than T.M. in Pune. If you are especially interested in Telecom Domain, Amdocs & T-Systems are better options.

I would rate 5/10 for T.M.
