I have offer from IBM/Capgemini/Mphasis and DataMatics . I have around 3 year of experience in java/j2ee and Documentum 5.3 .
So Please friend any one can suggest me which one is good , regarding
work Culture,Project(Maintenance/Development) or Onsite visit.

how much they are offering you? I know one company which has opening in Documentum and better than above mentioned companies.

If salary is same, go for Cap Gemini.... they are hot now... has onsite chances as well

They are offering me 5.5 lacs so for 3 year is it fine or low.
