hello,
i am in confusion that whther to go hunting job for good companies or take a job whichever i get first irrespective of the company. please help

Well it very much varies from one person to the other. What is your definition of good company?
Well, if you want to play a long term game, learning is most important than money. But if you have financial costraints then company paying good salary will be good for you.
There are so many ifs and buts here. You are the best person to decide.
If you could give us some input parameters we can process it for you to a certain extent.

It depends on what you are looking for ... your experience, your outlook on work.... so mention them in detail and im sure that the ranchers would be able to help you out
