Is it must to have an ejbpostcreate method for each create method ?

Yes it is a must for Entity beans.

You have to have a ejbPostCreate() method with the same signature as the ejbCreate() method. They are useful when you need to implement cmr(container manager relationship) because the relations are set inside the ejbPostCreate().
