I am trying to run the AdviceClient from Headfirst EJB. The EJB compiled fine and the deployment worked (saw "Application AdviceApp deployed" in the J2EE window). The Advice client also compiled, but when I run it, I get a java.rmi.RemoteException. Does anyone know what this means? The full exception is:
C:\java\projects\advice>java -cp %CLASSPATH%;AdviceAppClient.jar AdviceClient
java.rmi.RemoteException: CORBA BAD_OPERATION 0 No; nested exception is:

There are a few posts relating to this problem. Looks like this is a bug in the Sun's RI implementation. Please the EJB Certification forum.

Thank you so much. The solution described in the EJB certifaction section worked perfectly
