Not Sure about NCR. However, You should get minimum 5.5 anywhere in india for 3 Yrs.

It is not as bad as you make it sound... If you have good opportunities for growth in the company then i suggest that you stick with it... however if your are looking for a change then i think you could ask for 6 lakhs...
